Terms and Conditions for the Contest “Summer Shredding 2026”
1. Organizer
Organizer of the contest is Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).
2. Eligibility
All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Participants must be residents of the EU, Switzerland or the UK. Participation from Italy or Portugal is excluded.
Employees of the organizer as well as their immediate family members, including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses, are excluded from participation.
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is accepted.
To be eligible, participants must follow these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. The organizer has the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
3. Participation Requirements
To participate in the competition, participants must have access to the internet, a valid e-mail address and an Instagram account. Any communication regarding the competition will be sent via e-mail.
False or fraudulent mail dresses or accounts provided by the participant will result in disqualification.
4. Participation
The competition involves a transformation challenge. This challenge comprises four (3) distinct body transformation categories in which participants will compete against each other:

To participate, participants are required to register via [MORE Landing Page], uploading a ‘before’-photo. In the “before” photo, participants must hold a fork clearly visible in their hand to authenticate the photo.
Multiple participation, e.g. by multiple registrations, is not permitted.
During the competition, participants are invited to publish one (1) Reel or Feed Post per week (i.e. thirteen (13) posts in total during the participation period specified in Section 7) on their Instagram account (hereinafter referred to as "Posts"), showing their personal transformation progress and tagging

Multiple participation, e.g. by participating via several Instagram accounts, is not permitted.
To complete participation, participants are required to submit an ‘after’-photo and their personal transformation story to the landing page specified in Section 4.2 by the end of the participation period specified in Section 7. Multiple participation, e.g. by submitting multiple ‘after’-photos, is not permitted.
Full body photos/videos are best suited to show the participant's complete transformation. The full body photos/videos must show the participant either in swimwear or tight sportswear where the body silhouette is clearly visible. It is not necessary for the participant's face to be clearly visible. However, it is essential that the recordings clearly show that it is the same person, for example by using the same background or clothing.
Posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos submitted by persons other than the person depicted in the pictures, posts or ‘before’-/after’-photos submitted by model agencies or similar professionally produced photos, or those that have been enhanced or altered, will be rejected.
By publishing the posts or uploading ‘before’-/’after’-photos, participants agree that the posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos may be used on the Instagram account of the organizer and on associated or affiliated websites for marketing and advertising purposes. Participants grant the organizer a simple, royalty-free, unlimited right in time, content and territory to make the content publicly available, reproduce and edit it for any purpose and in all media. Participants warrant that they hold all rights to the posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos, that the posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos are free from third-party rights and that no personal rights are violated. If several persons are depicted in the posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos, they must agree to the publication. Participants will confirm the foregoing in writing upon request. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims due to infringement of their rights, Participants shall indemnify the organizer against all claims, including the costs of legal defense. Participants waive their right to be named as author to the extent permitted by law.
Posts or ‘before’-/’after’-photos that violate applicable German law or third-party rights are excluded from participation.
By participating in FIBO 2026 and/or Summer Shredding Finals 2026, participants agree to appear on stage under competition conditions – i.e., in swimwear or similar – in front of an audience and be judged by a jury.
The use of illegal or prohibited substances to achieve results is prohibited. Participants may be required to undergo testing and/or sign an affidavit confirming that their transformation was achieved without the use of illegal substances. If a participant tests positive or refuses to submit an affidavit, the organizer may disqualify the participant. In this case, the disqualified participant will lose all rights to participate in the competition and/or claim any prizes offered. The organizer shall appoint a replacement within fourteen (14) days of disqualification. For acceptance, the provisions of Section 6 apply accordingly. The replacement participant will be unable to make any claims regarding trips that have already taken place. The organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against any participants found to be in violation of these terms.
5. Prizes
5.1 Summer Shredding Challenge via ‘before’/’after’-photo
The organizer will select the five (5) most impressive transformations from each of the four (4) body transformation categories (as defined in section 4.1.). These twenty (20) participants will be considered semi-finalists and will be invited to the semi-finals at FIBO 2026 in Cologne, Germany (16-19 April 2026). Each semifinalist will also receive a shopping voucher worth 1.000,00€.
5.2 Transformation Progress via Instagram
During the participation period defined in Section 7, participants have the chance to win weekly one of forty-two (42) non-cash prizes plus a 200,00€-shopping voucher. The weekly non-cash prizes are as follows:

5.3 Semifinals at FIBO 2026
The twenty (20) semifinalists will perform on stage in front of an audience at FIBO 2026 in Cologne, Germany, where a jury will evaluate their transformations. On site, the semifinalists will compete against twenty-five (25) other participants in parallel competitions (forty-five (45) in total). The semifinalists have the chance to win the following prizes:

5.4 Finals at Summer Shredding 2026
The top five (5) finalists from FIBO 2026 will be invited by the organizer to the Summer Shredding Finals 2026 in Houston, TX, USA (19 September 2026) The five (5) finalists will have the chance to win prize money totaling $100.000,00. The terms and conditions for participation in the Summer Shredding Finals 2026 are the sole responsibility of Summer Shredding Community, LLC, 13927 S Gessner Road, Missouri City, TX 77489, United States, and can be viewed at: https://summershredding.com/pages/rules.
Travel and accommodation costs to FIBO 2026 held in Cologne, Germany (16-19 April 2026) and Summer Shredding Finals 2026 held in Houston, TX, United States (19 September 2026) will be covered by the organizer. These include accommodation at the respective event locations for two people, i.e. arrival and departure by plane (premium economy) and four (4) nights in a 4-star hotel including breakfast. Details, such as specific travel dates, will be arranged with the winners in due course.
The current entry requirements for Germany and the United States of America apply at the time of entry. The application for any required visas is the sole responsibility of the participant, who also bears any related costs.
A cash payment for non-cash prizes or vouchers or transfer of prizes is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to provide equivalent substitute prizes if a prize is unavailable.
All shopping vouchers rewarded by the organizer are redeemable at https://morenutrition.de/.
Participants are solely responsible for any taxation of the prizes received.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
6.1 Summer Shredding Challenge via ‘before’/’after’-photo
The twenty (20) semifinalists will be selected by a jury consisting of employees of the organizer, who are qualified at the sole discretion of the organizer to make a selection based on visual evaluation criteria, individual commitment and considering the individuality of each transformation. All decisions made by the organizer are final and binding. The twenty (20) semifinalists will be announced on 7 April 2026, 18:00 (CET) on the organizer’s Instagram account and notified via e-mail. If a semifinalist does not accept the prize within one (1) week, the organizer may select an alternate semifinalist based on the aforementioned criteria. Acceptance is given by replying to the e-mail.
6.2 Transformation Progress via Instagram
The weekly winners of the forty-two (42) non-cash prizes will be selected by a jury consisting of employees of the organizer, who are qualified to make a selection based on visual assessment criteria, individual commitment, and individuality of each transformation. All decisions made by the organizer are final and binding. The weekly winner will be announced each Monday, 09:30 (CET) on the organizer’s Instagram and notified via dm. If a weekly winner does not accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours, the organizers may select an alternate weekly winner based on the aforementioned criteria. Acceptance is given by replying to the dm.
6.3 Semifinals at FIBO 2026
The twenty (20) semifinalists will be selected by a jury consisting of one (1) fitness experts and three (3) judges elected by MORE-community, who are qualified at the sole discretion of the organizer to make a selection based on visual evaluation criteria, individual commitment and considering the individuality of each transformation. All decisions made by the jury are final and binding. The finalists will be announced at an award ceremony at FIBO 2026 in Cologne, Germany.
6.4 Finals at Summer Shredding 2026
The selection and announcement of the winners of the Summer Shredding Finals 2026 is the sole responsibility of Summer Shredding Community, LLC, 13927 S Gessner Road, Missouri City, TX 77489, United States. Terms and conditions can be viewed at: https://summershredding.com/pages/rules.
If it is not possible to contact the respective winner or if the organizer does not receive a corresponding declaration of acceptance within the specified timeframe, the opportunity to accept the prize shall lapse and the organizer reserves the right to determine another winner and notify them accordingly.
If the contact details provided (e.g. e-mail address) by the respective winner are incorrect or untrue, the organizer is not obliged to determine the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g. undeliverability, returns, etc.) shall be borne by the winner.
7. Participation Period
The participation period begins on 02. January 2026 at 00:00 (CET) and ends on 1 April 2026 at 12:00 (CET). Participation is possible at any time during the participation period, i.e., participation does not necessarily have to start on 02. January 2026 at 00:00 (CET). Entries submitted after the participation period will not be considered.
8. Refer a Friend
A referrer may recruit a maximum of five (5) additional participants for the challenge. Recruiting additional participants is only possible during the first three (3) weeks of the challenge, i.e. from 2 January 2026 to 23 January 2026. A claim to a 5.00€ voucher exists exclusively if the referred participant successfully completes the challenge, i.e., submits both a “before” and an “after” photo in accordance with the participation requirements and is not disqualified. A referrer will receive only one (1) voucher per successfully referred participant, regardless of how many participants are referred in total. Any entitlement lapses if the referred participant violates the participation conditions or does not fully complete the challenge.
9. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for carrying out the competition. After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention periods exist.

10. Liability
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. The information provided by participants is collected by the organizer, not by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed at the organizer. By participating, participants release Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc from any responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
The organizer is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by intentional or negligent breaches of duty by the organizer, their legal representatives or agents, as well as for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
For other damages, the organizer is only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the competition and on which participants regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Any further liability of the organizer is excluded. The mandatory provisions remain unaffected.
The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, failures, or disruptions in platform accessibility, incorrect data transmissions, late or incomplete entries, losses, damage, or delays in prize delivery, unless caused by intent or gross negligence of the organizer.
11. Exclusion from the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in case of violation of these terms and conditions or manipulation attempts.
12. Premature Termination, Amendments
The organizer may terminate or modify the competition without prior notice for important reasons (e.g., technical problems, force majeure).
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Competent court – where permissible – the Regional Court of Itzehoe, Germany.
However, this choice of law applies to consumers only to the extent that mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence are not deprived.
Legal recourse is excluded.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
14.2
The official version of these official rules is the German language version. In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the German version shall prevail.
